The Short Version
Zeno Wave is built as an offline-first physics simulation and soundscape generator. By using Zeno Wave, you agree to these standard terms. We do not track you, show ads, or harvest your data. The app is provided as-is for educational, ambient relaxation, and scientific simulation purposes.
1. Using Zeno Wave
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zeno Wave on your personal mobile devices in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application, except to the extent permitted by applicable open-source licenses or governing law.
2. Auditory Safety & Volume Levels
Zeno Wave synthesizes dynamic polyphonic audio in real time based on mathematical boundary collisions. When spokes cluster or align harmonically, high note density may occur.
Listening Safety: Operators are advised to maintain comfortable audio volume levels when listening via headphones or external monitors to prevent hearing fatigue or auditory damage.
3. Privacy & Data Ownership
Your privacy is integral to how we engineer software. Zeno Wave operates 100% offline. All presets, mode configurations, and settings remain solely on your device. For full details, see our Zeno Wave Privacy Policy.
4. Paid Features & In-App Purchases
Zeno Wave provides core harmonic pendulum simulation and sound synthesis at no cost. Optional paid features, pro oscillation modes, and extended acoustic presets are available via in-app purchase.
All billing and payment processing for paid features are managed securely through the official platform app store (e.g. Google Play In-App Billing or Apple App Store). Subscriptions or one-time license unlocks are subject to the terms and refund policies of the applicable store.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ZENO WAVE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Muraimai does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware and operating system versions.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MURAIMAI, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
